Before you send the form.

• What happens after I send the form? — It reaches our desk and we call or message the number you gave us to fix a time to see the space.
• Can I book a service without a site visit? — For small, straightforward jobs, yes — send photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible. Larger spaces are always quoted after a visit.
• Do you cover my area? — Send your location with the request. We will confirm whether we can reach you, and when — we would rather say so plainly than take a job we cannot serve well.
